MINIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: 25
MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: 36
Lunch consists of freshly made bread, choice of soup or salad,
choice of entrée, dessert, and beverage service.
Note: menus are established on a weekly basis.
Final menu will be determined the Friday before the luncheon.
Please keep in mind that this is a teaching kitchen. While the students will make every effort to exceed expectations, there are always “teachable moments” in the class.
Guests will need a State issued picture ID card such as a driver’s license upon check-in. Security check-in will be between 11:20 and 11:30. Lunch service will begin once everyone is seated. You may park along the curbside or inside the adjacent parking lot outside of the Culinary Dining entrance. Please follow the directions on the provided campus map.
